I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Monday 1st July 2019 until Monday 30th September 2019, 7 days a week, subject to availability. A supplement of £99 is required for per lodge, per night for Fridays and Saturdays.

If we were to choose option 3 but include a Friday and Saturday night, do you charge an extra £99 per night or extra £99 per stay? If it's per night then the total would be £597 which is more expensive than booking direct for £537, doesn't make much sense.

I can confirm there would be a supplementary charge of £99 per night on a Friday and Saturday night with option 3.

Looking at Kenmore Luxury Lodges direct bookings, I can't seem to find a booking within our validity period for a weekend stay for less than our deal price. You're certainly welcome to discuss this further with Kenmore Luxury Lodges directly on 01887 830205 and they'll be happy to advise.

If we were to book 3 nights from fri 19th July until mon 22nd July in the Ben More or Ben Lomond it would cost £537.30 booking direct via Kenmore Luxury Lodges. If were were to book via the itison deal (option 3) it would cost £597 because you charge an extra £99 per night for the fri and sat. Am I missing something?

We've looked into this for you and it seems you're correct, so we've flagged the issue with pricing to the team responsible for the deal. It looks like the venue's direct prices have perhaps fluctuated since the deal was first featured. We've ended sales on this option for now while our team looks into the matter further.

I can confirm a maximum of 1 dog is permitted with a supplementary charge of £20 per night in the 2-bed lodges which is payable directly to the hotel. Pets are not permitted in the 3-bed lodges.

I can confirm this voucher is valid to use until the 30th of September, so can't be used for bookings in November. All bookings must be arranged by Mon 16 Sept 2019.

What to expect

2 or 3 night stay in a two bedroom lodge

OR

2 night stay in a three bedroom lodge

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Mon 30 Sept 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Options 1 & 3: a supplementary charge of £49 is required for per lodge per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Option 2: a supplementary charge of £99 is required for per lodge per night for Fridays and Saturdays; payable directly to hotel.

Please note limited availability at weekends.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Sept 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 1 & 3: two bed lodge sleeping up to four; all double bedrooms.

Option 2: three bed lodge sleeping up to six; all double bedrooms.

Lodges with hot tubs available at a supplement of £25 per night; please liaise directly with Kenmore Lodges.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Credit card details will be taken at check in instead of a security deposit; please discuss directly with the venue.

Children permitted and counted as part of the overall head count. Under 3s stay free of charge and are not included in overall headcount; own cot is required.

Max of 1 dog permitted a supplementary charge of £20 per night in the 2-bed lodges; payable directly to hotel. Please note pets are not permitted in the 3-bed lodges.

Wheelchair access not available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
