I have 3 kids ages 7,5,2. I don't understand what it means about min 2 kids? We will have 2 adults and 3 kids. Well my youngest is actually a toddler and we will request a travel cot for him but still what does this mean there is a limit of 2 kids?

Hello. I’d like specific dates. Worried if I buy they won’t be available. Any ideas how to get around it? The website says my dates are available now- do I take the chance and buy or are there further restrictions?

Is there no leeway on the number of children given that this is very much geared towards families? We have to 3 in our party ages 1,3 and 10 which together with adults would still be within overall headcount. Are you sure that they want to miss out on a booking?

I have just phoned to check the dates. You cannot keep advertising this as a Summer offer when you cannot book Summer dates. Eg: no bookings from 2nd July till 31st August. That is The Summer. Needs to be re-worded in the advert as May, June and more than half of July is over.

What to expect

4 night midweek stay in a luxury treehouse for up to seven people with a welcome bottle of fizz on arrival

Voucher is valid from Mon 16 April 2018 until Mon 22 Oct 2018, Mon arrivals only; subject to availability.

Excludes 28 May - 3 June, 2 Jul - 31 Aug.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Tue 31 Jul 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Voucher is non-refundable or transferable once booking is confirmed.

Multiple purchases not permitted.

Check in Mondays between 4pm - 6pm. Check out Fridays at 10.30am. Later check ins can be arranged by contacting Harvest Moon Holidays directly.

Treehouses can accommodate 5 adults, and up to 2 children with 2 double beds and one single bed above plus an extra double pull out sofa bed.

Max of 2 children ages 12 and under permitted and included in overall headcount.

If you have an infant requiring a travel cot please mention this when booking so Harvest Moon can allocate you a suitable Treehouse. Supplementary fee of £15 each for a travel cot or high chair or £20 for both. You can also hire children's furniture at the farm. Please discuss when booking your stay. 

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss with Harvest Moon Holidays directly. 

Free parking available.

Includes all bedding and wood.

Please note the treehouse has electricity with a few sockets to charge phones, some small heaters, a fridge and some lighting; treehouses do not have wifi or televisions.

Additional supplement fee of £20 per person for more than 5 adults; payable directly to Harvest Moon Holidays. 

No pets permitted.

No hen or stag parties permitted.

Rent a towel package consisting of 1 large bath towel and 1 hand towel for £5. Please discuss at the time of booking.

Rent a private chicken coop with 1 hen next to your treehouse for £10 per stay. Please discuss at the time of booking. Please note hens only lay 1 egg per day.

An outdoor campfire cooking pot is available to pre-book for £15 per night. Comes with utensils, wood and firepit. Please discuss at the time of booking. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
