I'm afraid there isn't a way to upgrade to a weekend stay if you've purchased a Sunday - Thursday voucher.

Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Sun - Thu. Excludes Fri - Sat.

Fri - Sat options 

Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023. Fri - Sat. Excludes Sun - Thu.

General

Bookings are subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability. 

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon. 

Double or twin deluxe room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe double double or an executive for a supplementary charge room per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel. 

Dining options: Includes 2 courses from the fixed seasonal set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat / dairy free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Table required back after 1.5 hours.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under permitted. 0 - 2 are free of charge, 3 - 12 require a supplementary charge of £15, including breakfast. Please discuss and pay direct.

No pets permitted. 

Wheelchair access available

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
