Hi I see that the Hotel was bought over by new company in Feb 20 & this mentions a full refurbishment programme to start in Autumn (Until Spring '21) & wondered how this will impact upon bookings made for the Oct-Dec period in terms of spa etc?

I’m trying to book for this Friday and Saturday but I’ve just been informed the hotel isn’t taking phone calls until they open on Wednesday. I rang the reservation line and they knew nothing about it so said I had to wait till Wednesday. Normally I phone the hotel and find out if the nights I want are available and then I book.
Can you please find out if this Friday and Saturday night are available so I can book.

Jul- Oct options: Voucher is valid from Wed 15 Jul 2020 until Sat 31 Oct 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Excludes 19 Sept, 25 Sept - 4 Oct and 17 Oct 2020. Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Nov - Dec options: Voucher is valid from Sun 1 Nov 2020 until Fri 25 Dec 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability. Voucher must be booked by Tue 17 Nov 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

A supplementary charge of £20 per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: deluxe, super deluxe or suites; please discuss directly with hotel for costs and availability.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes one drink voucher each on arrival, for example a glass of house wine or pint of beer; alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Max 1 child permitted; children are classed as ages 2 - 12 and breakfast is charged at £10 per night. Babies in travel cots are welcome, the hotel can provide a travel cot subject to availability.

Families of 2 adults and 2 children can upgrade to one of the Feature Twin rooms at a supplementary charge of £50 per night.

Dogs permitted, £15 per room per night; please discuss with hotel at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
