Voucher is non-changeable or refundable once booked with hotel.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; max of 3 nights excluding Saturday.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night, subject to availability: privilege room £25 or superior room £50; payable directly to hotel.

Include a bottle of house red or white wine in your room on arrival; please advise when booking. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Options 2 and 3 include a £22 per person allowance for dinner choosing from the Brasserie menu; subject to change. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available; please advise hotel at time of booking. Option 3 dinner is on the first night only.

Max of 1 child permitted; children are classed as 12 years old and under, all meals to be paid for as taken; payable directly to hotel.

Due to the hotel being a listed building, wheelchair accessibility is limited.

Pets not permitted.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
