After clicking Buy Now, it will state "Add a gift card, promo code or itison credit?". Pop in your gift card code exactly as it is, and this should hopefully work.

It seems there was a wee glitch on the Cohorted site, but this has now been resolved, and you should be able to redeem your voucher as normal.

Hi, I have purchased this beauty box from Itison this morning. However I have been to the Cohorted website but am unable to pay my post and package of £2.90 by my card.
Can you advise on this.
The below message comes up-
"Credit and debit card payments aren’t available right now.
Refresh this page or try a different payment method.
Look forward to your advice and forward plan. I believe the box has been purchased from yourselves.
