I have bought this deal x 2 . Having booked and paid for 2 rooms at a total of £90. You have sent a receipt by email confirming this but no voucher yet?
Because of this I phoned up Rooms Inn Newcastle to confirm my booking , which is 19/11/21, and they told me only 1 room has been booked??
What is going on here?

I'm sorry your vouchers haven't reached your emails quite yet, I'd recommend checking your spam/junk folder.
Otherwise, you're welcome to view your vouchers and associated bookings when signed into your account by visiting www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.
