Meeting point is Newcastle Airport. Outbound flight will depart on Sun 12 Jan 2020 at approx. 10.30am. Return flight will depart on Sun 19 Jan 2020 at approx. 7.30pm from Enontekio Airport. Exact flight times will be confirmed once booked with Transun. Includes 18kg luggage per person.

Voucher is valid for 2 adults; 18yrs+.

Minimum age of lead passenger must be over 18.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 29 Nov 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out).

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Once booked with Transun trip cannot be cancelled / refunded. 

Airport and resort transfers are included.

All passengers must have a full up-to-date UK passport which is valid on the day of return. Non-British citizens should enquire at the Finnish Embassy on 0207 8386200 or www.finemb.org.uk. It is now a requirement for all passengers to submit to Transun in advance of travel full and accurate passport information. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of flight ticket.

Travel insurance is not included.

Full board accommodation with breakfast, lunch and dinner each day.

Any dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking; this will be passed on to the airline & accommodation where applicable, who will endeavour to fulfil your requirements. However, given the remoteness of the locations, this cannot be guaranteed and it is recommended that any passengers with a special request carry some supplies of foodstuffs with them.

No wheelchair access available.

Snowmobile: On each of the excursions, there will be two passengers per snowmobile, swapping halfway. A full valid driving licence is required; please ensure you bring this with you as it must be presented in resort.

Clothing: Temperatures can reach as low as -40˚C. It is the responsibility of members to bring adequate clothing for the weather. Advice on clothing to bring is provided in the pre-departure information in the ‘My Booking’ section of the website.

Please discuss all medical conditions with Transun Travel prior to purchase. Health conditions that may require medical clearance are: recent illness, hospitalisation, injury or surgery, existing unstable medical condition, need for additional oxygen or use of medical equipment on board, travelling for medical reasons or treatment.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
