Oct - Dec stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 11 Oct 2021 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jan - Mar stay: Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Jan 2022 until Tue 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 23 Feb 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

General: Vouchers are subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 night stay: max 4 per person. 2 night stay: max 2 per person.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard, grand and grand plus rooms available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a continental breakfast.

Max of 1 child permitted; up to 2 years are free of charge, age 2 – 14 years permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 (including breakfast) per person per night; payable directly.

No pets permitted.

Wheelchair access available; please discuss at time of booking.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
