As someone with a severe allergy are there any dog free rooms......where dogs are NEVER in.

Hi there,

This specifies that 26th May is excluded from use of this voucher - does this refer to check in or check out? For example could I check in to stay overnight from the 26th to the 27th? Please advise.

I can confirm the 26th of May is an excluded date and you won't be able to use a voucher for an overnight stay commencing on this date.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a club room with 2 course dinner and breakfast

Voucher is valid until Sun 30 June, valid Sundays - Thursdays; subject to availability.

Excludes Fridays and Saturdays and 7, 11, 18, 21, 23 – 24, 30 Apr and 5, 8, 19, 22 – 26 May, 3, 6, 23 – 24 June 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 6 June 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking and no payment will be taken at the time of booking but may be used for late cancellation or non arrival charges.

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Club double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night; please discuss and pay directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 2 course dinner choosing a starter and main or main and dessert from the Prix Fixe menu.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Children permitted at a supplementary charge of £30 for additional beds; subject to availability and depending on room type; please discuss directly with hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
