It says its valid 7 days until 6pm but I enquired with venue before buying voucher and they said they don’t do afternoon tea after 5pm?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I'm happy to let you know the voucher is valid to use for bookings between 12noon and 5pm, with the last seating at 5pm.
Unfortunately, we'd made a wee mistake on our valid times, so thanks for pointing this out.

What to expect

Afternoon tea for two or four with optional glass of Prosecco

Voucher is valid from Mon 1 Jul 2019 until Thur 31st Oct 2019, Mon - Sat, 2pm – 5pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Sundays.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Oct 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Afternoon tea menu only.

Menu is subject to change.

Vegetarian options are available.

No gluten / wheat free options available.

Options 2 and 4 include 125ml glass of Prosecco each.

Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Wheelchair access and facilities available.

Children permitted when accompanied by an adult.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
