Hi - I’m trying to book this with my Itison voucher. How does this work - I’m being asked to put in credit card details and it says the cost is £199 (I’m taking 3 kids as well). Will the £109 I’ve already paid to Itison be deducted from this amount, or is the £199 on top?

I'm happy to let you know children are permitted with option 1 and option 2; subject to availability of suitable rooms. Age 0-1 stay free of charge, age 2-11 require a £20 supplement for option 1 and a supplement of £25 for option 2, age 12-16 or an additional adult requires a £35 supplement for option 1 and £45 supplement for option 2.

What to expect

Overnight stay for two including dinner and full use of leisure facilities

Voucher is valid from Tue 7 May 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019; Sun - Fri; subject to availability.

Excludes Saturdays and 26 May 2019.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room is required for Fridays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 21 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online and email bookings only. Credit card details will be required at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation Peebles Hydro are able to offer transfer of dates within the validity period. However, cancellations less than 7 days prior to your stay will result in voucher being forfeited.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Double or twin standard room only.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: guaranteed newly refurbished room - £10, feature room - £20; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a £40 dinner allowance per couple to use in The Restaurant. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Dinner allowance can be used on food only. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes full use of the leisure facilities including the gym and swimming pool and complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay.

Option 2: Includes a £5.50 per person voucher to use towards a welcome drink from the Not The Cocktail Bar and a £20 resort credit per couple to spend on the hotel's program of activities choosing from the following: segways, bikes, archery or air rifles.

Option 1: Children permitted; max. of up to 4 depending on availability of suitable rooms. Age 0-1 stay free of charge, age 2-11 require a £20 supplement, age 12-16 or an additional adult requires a £35 supplement; payable directly to hotel. Breakfast included. For age 2-11, high tea is included, or £10 dinner allowance towards evening menu. For age 12 and over: £20 dinner allowance towards evening menu.
