With our guarantee, we'll be happy to issue itison credit for the full value of your voucher if:

- A business closes or is unable to fulfil your voucher
- You’re unable to use your voucher because of travel restrictions or isolating
- You’ve gifted a voucher that the recipient is unable to use for the above reasons

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast and optional £20pp dinner spend OR 

2 night stay for two with a glass of Prosecco on arrival, £20pp dinner spend on the first night and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Sun 25 Oct 2020 until Sun 28 Feb 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £30prpn is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Minimum 2 night stay on Fri and Sat nights.

Excludes 4 - 30 Nov 2020 and 23 Dec 2020 - 15 Jan 2021.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 Feb 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 7 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin Loch view room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a superior room for a supplementary charge of £20prpn; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 and 3: Include a £20pp dinner allowance to be spent on the a la carte menu; menu is subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Option 3: Allowance is for first night only.

Includes a 125ml glass of Prosecco each on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted; Under 2yrs old are free of charge unless a cot is required. A supplementary charge of £15 per child per night applies to 2-14 yrs old.

Max of 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
