Sorry to seem naive regarding this deal but what actually is the offer, if there is no discount on meals ?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm option 1 is for a £50 voucher to spend on food & drink but is £35.00 to purchase.

Option 2 is for an £100 voucher to spend on food & drink but is £65.00 to purchase.

What to expect

  • £50 or £100 voucher to spend on food and drink

Voucher is valid from Thu 6 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Thu 5pm - 8.30pm, Fri - Sat 12noon - 4.45pm and Sun 12noon - 8.30pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Mon - Wed & 10 Jan-1 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Valid on all full priced food and drink. Menu is subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2 hours.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted until 8pm.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
