I am interested in this voucher but have an 11 and a 15 year old. What would be the supplement as the guide prices only accommodate for children under 12? In addition how do I establish availability before buying the voucher? I would be looking at 25-27 Oct.

Voucher is valid from Tue 10 Oct 2017 until Sat 31 Mar 2018, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24, 25, 26, 31 Dec 2017, 1, 2 Jan and 10, 11 Feb 2018.

A supplementary charge of £30 per room is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 2 Mar 2018 (we don't want you to miss out!)

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Classic double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Breakfast is a choice of continental or cooked.

Free onsite parking available.

Max of 2 children permitted, children are classed as ages 12 and under; rooms must be upgraded to a family room for a supplementary charge of £30; payable directly to hotel.

Max of 1 pet permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel and subject to availability.

Wheelchair access not available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
