Can more than one voucher be used against the same bill?
Does the voucher cover all items on the main menu which includes wine?
Is there a dessert menu, and if so does the voucher cover this too?

I can confirm a maximum of 4 vouchers can be used per table, for a maximum of 8 people.

The voucher can be used to spend towards any menu.

Royal Mile: Voucher is valid from Tue 3 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days 12noon – 9pm; subject to availability.

Charlotte Lane: Voucher is valid from Fri 6 Jan 2023 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days 12noon – 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes 4, 11 Feb and 18 Mar 2023.

Voucher must be booked at least 24 hours in advance and by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Email bookings only. Please note that tables are not booked until a confirmation reply is received.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 8 people/4 vouchers per table.

Table required back after 1 hr 15 mins.

Includes £35 voucher to spend against any menu.

Vegetarian, vegan, dairy, gluten/wheat free and halal options are available.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted; ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult, ages 12 – 15 can be unaccompanied up until 8pm; ages 15+ can be unaccompanied until closing.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
