I'm afraid we wouldn't be able to guarantee Ricos Ristorante would accept a dinner voucher at lunch, however you're welcome to contact them directly and they'll be happy to advise.

I'm afraid this voucher option excludes Sundays to Wednesdays.

Lunch: Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Thu - Sat 12noon - 2.15pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sun - Wed.

Dinner: Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, Tue - Fri 5pm - 8pm; subject to availability. Excludes Sat- Mon & 14 Feb.

Tasting menu: Voucher is valid from Wed 2 Nov 2022 until Thu 30 Mar 2023, Tue - Thu 5pm - 8pm; subject to availability. Excludes Fri - Mon & 14 Feb.

General: 

All vouchers exclude 24 Nov to 10 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max of 2 vouchers per table. 

Option 1 and 2: 3 courses from a set menu; subject to change.

Option 3: 5 courses from a set menu; subject to change. Includes a set cocktail each. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink. 

Vegetarian options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

No wheelchair access available.

No children permitted. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
