What to expect

Overnight stay for two in a superior room with breakfast and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two in a junior suite with breakfast and late check-out OR

Overnight stay for two in a superior room with 3 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out OR

2 night stay for two in a superior room with 3 course dinner on the first night, breakfast both mornings and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Thur 4 Apr 2019 until Sun 30 Jun 2019; 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 7, 24 & 25 May 2019.

A supplementary charge of £10 per room per night is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 17 Jun 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Check-in 1pm, late check-out 12noon.

Option 1, 3 & 4: superior twin/queen-size/king-size room only.

Option 2: junior suite only.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: junior suite - £25, master suite (very limited availability) - £25; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Option 3 & 4 includes a 3 course dinner from the a la carte set menu; subject to change. Option 4 includes dinner on the first night only.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten/wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Max of 2 children permitted; children are classed as ages 10 and under. Under 5’s stay free of charge; supplementary charge of £35 per child aged between 5-10yrs for bed and breakfast; payable directly to hotel.

Babies and small children are not permitted in the dining room for evening meals; the hotel have an early evening high tea menu for children and can provide baby listening devices and/or a babysitter if required with at least one weeks notice.

Very well behaved dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
