Oops. I’ve just bought two vouchers as gifts and went to print them. Someone messaged me and when I tried to go back to the vouchers I can’t find them. Help!!

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with cream tea on arrival, bottle of wine and breakfast

Voucher is valid from Thur 2 Jan 2020 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £15.50 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel at time of booking.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Mon 16 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Once booked and voucher redeemed voucher is non refundable and non transferable.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am.

Standard double or twin room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes cream tea served on arrival between 2pm and 5pm served in the lounge.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a bottle of house wine in room on arrival or in restaurant, please advise white or red when booking.

Free parking available.

Children permitted; max 1 child per room. 12 yrs and under are classed as children. Supplement of £10 per child BB and must also upgrade to family room £20.00 payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Cots are not available.

Max of 2 dogs permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel at time of booking. Please discuss when booking.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
