What do you mean by groups cannot receive treatment at the same. How many is a group?

I'm afraid only one person can receive treatment at a time, and so groups of 2 or more people cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

If I buy x2 vouchers for two totalling 115-00 with afternoon tea and facilities and x39 min massage each do you have availability around 12-00 noon on 15 th or 16 th November 2022

With the spa day can you also book in for an overnight stay?

I'm afraid this deal doesn't include an overnight stay, but you're welcome to contact Scotland's Spa Hotel directly on 01796 484 900 to discuss the possibility and cost of adding this to your visit and they'll be happy to advise.

What to expect

  • 30 or 60 min treatment, leisure access, robes, slippers & afternoon tea for one or two

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Nov 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days 10am - 5pm; subject to availability. 

Please note from 27 Jan - 17 Feb 2023 voucher is only valid on Fri and Sat, supplements do not apply during this time.

Excludes 4 Jan - 26 Jan 2023.

A supplementary charge of £10pp is required for Saturday and Sunday visits; payable directly to spa.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Over 16s only.

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or cancer sufferers/those in remission.

Please discuss any health concerns directly with spa.

Option 1 & 3 treatment duration: approx. 30 mins.

30 min treatments available: back, neck & shoulder massage, discovery facial and deep nourishing foot treatment.

Options 2 & 4 treatment duration: approx. 60 mins.

60 minute treatment options: signature back massage, full body massage, signature facial and hearts of the ocean facial.

Treatments can be upgraded for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes leisure access from 7am – 9pm; includes a steam room, jacuzzi, heated pool and gym.

Includes afternoon tea, served 12noon - 4pm. Menu is subject to change.

Max 1 voucher per table.

Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat free and dairy free options available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

No wheelchair access available.

Advance booking required. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
