Are you allowed to bring a dog

I'm happy to let you know that a maximum of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly to the hotel. Please note that dog bookings will be in the Annex The Bank House, and pets are not permitted in the main hotel.

Why is it only Friday and Saturdays that this deal is applicable to between 27th Jan and 17th Feb? I was about to purchase for a Thursday when I noticed it!

What does it mean when it says ‘From 27 Jan - 17 Feb 2023 voucher is only valid on Fri and Sat, supplements do not apply during this time.’ If I were to book for a Saturday during this time does that mean I don’t need to pay an extra £30? Or does it mean I don’t get the Prosecco/wine, breakfast and late check out?

What to expect

  • 1, 2 or 3 night stay for two including a bottle of wine on arrival, breakfast each morning, leisure access and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

From 27 Jan - 17 Feb 2023 voucher is only valid on Fri and Sat, supplements do not apply during this time.

Excludes 19 Dec 2022 - 26 Jan 2023.

A supplementary charge of £30 is required for Saturday stays; payable direct.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 7 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Once booked with hotel, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard twin or double room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: king room - £35, standard family - £40, large family - £50; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Includes a bottle of wine in your room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink. 

Includes leisure access. Opening hours are as follows: spa 10am - 6pm, gym 7am - 9pm, swimming pool 7am - 9pm; last admission 8pm.

Max of 2 children permitted. Family room upgrade required at a supplementary charge of £40 for one child and £50 for 2 children; payable directly. Includes breakfast.

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog per stay; payable directly to hotel. Dog bookings will be in the Annex The Bank House. Pets are not permitted in the main hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

Please note that there is ongoing refurbishment work behind the scenes. There is no disruption to guests. 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
