I can confirm under 18s require a parent or guardian in attendance on the day and participants without will not be permitted to ride.

I can also confirm participants must be at least 134cm tall and over 45kg to ride.

Hi, I’m interested in buying this deal and wanted to know when they have availability as this will tell me whether to choose the £25 midweek or £39 weekend deal. The only mid week date we can do is 11th August otherwise it’s a weekend. Having said that, their website maybe suggest they only offer Gorebridge on certain days in October only which seems to contradict the offer terms.
Can you maybe advise as I’ve been unable to speak to the Segway company as their call centre is closed.

Most venues are now planning to reopen but please bear with them as they adapt to the current circumstances. It may be better to email rather than call, and replies may take a little longer than usual but they will get back to you asap.

What to expect

  • Segway experience for two

Option 1: Voucher is valid from Mon 11 May 2020 until Mon 30 Nov 2020, valid Mon, Tue and Fri 9am – 8pm only; subject to availability. Excludes Wed - Thur and Sat - Sun.

Option 2: Voucher is valid from Sat 9 May 2020 until Sun 29 Nov 2020, valid Sat and Sun 9am – 8pm only; subject to availability. Excludes Mon – Fri.

Voucher must be booked by Tue 1 Sep 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Under 18s require a parent or guardian in attendance on the day. Participants without will not be permitted to ride.

Duration approx. 1hr.

Max of 15 people per group.

Riders must be at least 134cm tall and over 45kg as well as under 117kg. Participants will be weighed on site.

Not suitable during pregnancy, or while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Not suitable if suffering from conditions such as heart disease or epilepsy. Please contact Segway Events directly with any health concerns.

Weather dependent.

Please dress according to the weather. Skirts and dresses are not advised and all shoes must be flat and closed toe.

Meeting point: Vogrie Country Park – follow signposts to Segway Pod.

Voucher can be used at all 14 locations nationwide – locations can be found here: https://segwayevents.co.uk/find-an-event.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
