I would like to make a booking at the craiglynne hotel aviemore . The dates I am looking for are 12th July for three nights and to include accommodation also for our dog. So am looking for a room for myself and my husband that also accommodates a dog.

We're happy to offer a refund for all vouchers within 14 days of purchase. Outside of this time, the hotel will be happy to look at rescheduling your booking, subject to availability, and so long as you contact them at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.

Have I understood correctly that my 5 year old and 2 year old could stay with us on this deal free of charge (we’d just pay for their meals?) ? Would we let the hotel know at the time of booking? And if I buy the voucher but the hire is unavailable when we could go I can get a full refund within 14 days from you? Thank you!

Voucher is valid until Thu 30 Sep 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 30 Jun, 1, 3, 5 - 10 and 19 Jul and 4 - 9 Sep 2021.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 30 Aug 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Online bookings only.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Option 1-2: Check-in 3pm, check-out 11am.

Option 3-6: Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12 noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view room - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes breakfast.

Dinner options: Includes £30 food and drink voucher against any menu in restaurant or bar. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 2 children aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
