I'm happy to let you know this voucher can be used from Saturday the 1st of October 2022 until Sunday the 30th of April 2023; subject to availability.

I can confirm there is a supplementary charge of £20 required for Saturday stays; payable directly to the hotel.

Hi, how much does it cost to add a child to the booking? ( I'm unclear what it means by Max of 1 child aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding). The child would require a bed too, not sharing the one double. thanks

I can confirm one under 12 can stay free of charge however to enquire about the possibility of adding an extra bed to your booking you're welcome to get in touch with the team at the venue directly on 01479 872597 and they'll be happy to advise further.

If it Excludes 4, 5, 7-13, 15, 20-21, 24-26 & 31 Oct, 1-3 Nov, 11-26 Dec 2022 and 1 Jan - 17 Mar 2023. Can you tell me the dates that are available? Sounds like a bit of joke advertising this at all?

Just keep in mind that no further discount can be applied.

Voucher is valid from Sat 1 Oct 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 4, 5, 7-13, 15, 20-21, 24-26 & 31 Oct, 1-3 Nov, 11-26 Dec 2022 and 1 Jan - 17 Mar 2023.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Saturday stays; payable directly.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Apr 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: garden view - £10, garden view king - £15; payable directly.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Option 2 & 3: Includes a £30 food and drink voucher valid against any menu and bar in the hotel. Menus are subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 1 child aged 12 and under are permitted free of charge when sharing existing bedding. All meals must be paid for as taken.

Max of 2 pets are permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per pet per night; payable directly.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
