Hello, the small print mentions the voucher is valid Mon - Fri, but also not valid Fri-Sun.
Can you confirm the Friday policy please? Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch.

I'm really sorry for the trouble here but there was a wee typo and I can confirm Fridays are excluded from this deal and we've updated our small print now.

What to expect

Voucher is valid until Wed 31 May 2023, Mon - Thu 5pm - 9pm; subject to availability.

Excludes Fri-Sun.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 12 May 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online booking only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. 1 voucher permitted per table.

Voucher is valid on their food menu only; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given.

Vegetarian and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Table required back after 2hrs.

Wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advance booking required.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
