Hi
I have just purchased this voucher for my friends birthday as she loves castles. I was looking at the website to see how she would go about booking her preferred date to use it and discovered that the experience is free to NTS members of which I knows she is, therefore the voucher would be no good to her. Any way I could cancel or change it for something else on Itison.
