Questions and answers

How come it says Harrogate and the live map on the post shows a red pin in Harrogate but when I put the post code in, it’s actually in Wetherby?

Although the hotel is in Wetherby, this is approximately only 8 miles from Harrogate which is why we've listed this as the nearest main town.

Would the voucher date be extended beyond March 21 if Covid restrictions prevented booking?

I have already purchased 2 vouchers in this deal. When I contacted the hotel regarding extending them past 31 March 2021 due to covid lockdown - they told me to contact you. I prefer not to cancel if possible.
Can they be extended ?

What to expect

  • Overnight stay for two with dinner, breakfast and late check-out
  • 2 or 3 night stay for two with dinner on the first night and breakfast each morning

Voucher is valid from Thu 1 Oct 2020 until Thu 30 Dec 2021, 7 days; subject to availability.; throughout Jun - Aug and Dec there will be limited availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Fri-Sat stays; payable directly to hotel. 

Voucher must be booked by Wed 1 Dec (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 14 days of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights. 

Check-in 3pm, Option 1: late check-out 12noon. Options 2 & 3: check-out 10.30am.

Standard double or twin rooms available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a club room for a supplementary charge of £15 per room per night; payable directly to hotel. 

Includes a 5 course dinner on the first night from a set menu; subject to change. Exclusions may apply please discuss directly with the hotel staff. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. 

Includes 20% discount on pre-booked spa treatments. Please note leisure facilities may be closed subject to current Government guidelines, and Spa facilities must be pre booked.

Children are permitted and included within the headcount.

Max of 2 pets permitted for a supplementary charge of £15 per pet; payable directly to the hotel.

Wheelchair access available.
