You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Options 2 & 3: Includes 2 course set menu choosing from a starter and main only; subject to change. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten / wheat and dairy free options are available on request. 2 night stay: Dinner is on the first night only.

Children permitted. Those aged 3-12 years old require a supplementary charge of £25 including 3 courses from a kids menu or £10 allocation towards the a la carte menu; payable directly to hotel. The max number of children permitted will be determined by room size; please discuss directly.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
