Is this a dog friendly hotel?

What to expect

  • Overnight stay with optional 2 course dinner, breakfast and late check-out OR
  • 2 night stay with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, optional 2 course dinner on the first night, breakfast each morning and late check-out

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Nov 2022 until Fri 31 Mar 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 17 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Excludes 24 - 26, 31 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.

DBB stays: also exclude 31 Dec 2022 - 22 Jan 2023 as Abbotsford Lodge Restaurant is closed.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe king for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

DBB options: Includes a starter/main from the main menu; subject to change. Vegan, vegetarian, dairy and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. Table required back after 2 hours. Please note that dinner is served in the nearby Abbotsford Lodge. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only.

2 night stay: Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; supplement of £15 per child for children aged 2 – 15yrs, including breakfast with all other meals charged as taken. Upgrade to a family suite is required for an additional £20 supplement per room per night. Travel cots can be provided for under 3s, free of charge.

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per dog per night; payable directly to hotel.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.
