Questions and answers

This deal says multiple purchases not permitted but when you go to buy you have the option to purchase more than one. I want to buy 2 deals for 2 nights for 4 people to use each deal and go together on the same dates. Is this possible, I need this clarified.

I can confirm multiple purchases are not permitted and this has been updated at checkout. You're friends however are welcome to purchase another voucher through their registered account.

What to expect

  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast & late check-out OR
  • 1 or 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, breakfast, late check-out & 2 course dinner in The Waverley Hotel (just 1 min walk away).

Voucher is valid from Mon 28 Oct 2019 until Tue 31 Mar 2020, valid 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 15 Dec 2019 - 6 Jan and 14 - 15 Feb 2020.

A supplementary charge of £15 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 13 Mar 2020 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Telephone bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple purchases not permitted.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded to a deluxe king for a supplementary charge of £20 per room per night; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Options 2 & 4: Includes a 2 course dinner in the nearby Waverley Hotel, only a 1 minute walk from Crags. Menu is subject to change, starter and main only. A supplementary charge of £8 is required per person for steak; payable directly to restaurant. Option 4: Dinner is for one night only.

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in your room on arrival. Alcohol can be replaced with a soft drink.

Children permitted; supplement of £15 per child for children aged 2 – 15yrs; including breakfast, all other meals charged as taken. Upgrade to a family suite is required for additional £20 supplement per room per night. Please discuss and arrange directly with the hotel. Travel cots can be provided of under 2s, free of charge. 

Max of 2 pets permitted at a supplementary charge of £10 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
