I am wanting to book the Harrogate deal for two adults and a child. I understand I need to pay extra for the child but how do I do this? I don’t want to book this unless it is guaranteed a child can be added to the booking

Once you've bought this voucher you'll be able to make your booking online. Just make sure to mention you'll be bringing a child along to your stay in the Additional Notes, and the hotel will sort this out directly.

I want to book for 1 night in July as going to a wedding , if I buy the voucher what happens if the date I want is not available..

Voucher is valid from Tue 1 Jun 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, 7 days; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 1-2, 5, 17-19, 25-26 Oct 2021.

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday stays and £40 for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 15 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 12noon.

Standard double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: executive double - £20 and suite - £30; payable direct

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Dinner options: Includes a £25pp dinner spend valid on the main menu; subject to change. Please note voucher spend must be used in full, no change will be given. 2 night stay: dinner is on the first night only. Vegetarian options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available.

Max of 1 child ages 0-12 is permitted on a BB basis for a supplementary charge of £15; payable direct. Cots and z-beds can be provided.

Max of 2 well behaved pets are permitted in certain rooms at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
