I thought the point of itison was to save money? Your deal is only £1 cheaper than buying from the company direct. I would hardly call that a “deal”

I can confirm standard tickets are £14.00 each, plus a £1.00 booking fee. Our tickets also include a hot drink, usually £2.00 per person.

This gives a top price of £18.00 and as our vouchers are £14.00, the saving is 22%

Your figures are wrong even the numbers you wrote don’t add to £18 it’s £17. So it’s not a saving of 22%

It’s a whole £1 saving which really isn’t much at all. Drink or not, not everyone will want it. It’s optional.

I thought the whole point of itison was to make great savings for individuals or as families, even more so now more than ever when people are struggling with money whilst prices for everything is rising!

Go on the actual website it states tickets are £15 your tickets are £14. I don’t understand why it’s a set price for everyone most companies do adult and child prices separately also.
Absolute complete rip off.

It looks like there was a wee error in the pricing breakdown above but I’m happy to help clear this up, as our prices are all checked before our deals go on sale.

This deal is for one person and includes:

- one ticket, usually £15 per person.
- booking fee, usually £1 per person.
- tea/coffee, usually £2 per person.

This gives a top price of £18 and as our vouchers are £14, the saving is 22%

What if I want to but 2 tickets without a pumpkin and 1 ticket with a pumpkin? Do I have to purchase separately as it doesn’t let me add different tickets to basket?

Hi its say that all tickets include a hot drink each but there is no reference to this on the itison voucher and having booked a slot with Loch Lomond Halloween Encounter there is no mention of it either on their site or booking confirmation. Can you please advise how this works. Thanks

I can confirm you'll finish at the haunted Pumpkin Patch where you can collect your hot drinks. (these are included for itison) and the event provider will be aware of this, just show your itison ticket on the day.

Voucher is valid from Fri 8 Oct 2021 until Sun 31 Oct 2021, Tue - Sun, 5:30pm - 8:30pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes Mondays.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 28 Oct 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Online bookings only.

Once booked, the voucher is non-changeable or refundable.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Suitable for ages 8+.

Duration approx. 1 - 2 hrs.

Trail is outdoors; suitable clothing and shoes recommended.

Meeting point: Loch Lomond Faerie Trail Silver Airstream in Luss South Car Park.

Options to include 1 or 2 pumpkins.

No wheelchair access available.

Not recommended for buggies or pushchairs.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
