It says voucher valid until Fri 19th Jul - does that mean that the stay in the hotel has to be taken before that date? Julie

What to expect

Overnight stay for two with breakfast, 3 course dinner, glass of Champagne, late check-out and access to the leisure facilities

2 night stay for two with breakfast, 3 course dinner each night, a glass of Champagne, late check-out and access to the leisure facilities

Voucher is valid until Fri 19 Jul 2019; 7 days; subject to availability.

A supplementary charge of £20 per room per night is required for Saturday stays; payable directly to hotel.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 5 Jul 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted; max 2 vouchers per person.

Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 3pm, late check-out 1pm.

Classic double or twin room available.

Rooms can be upgraded for a supplementary charge per room per night: family - £25, deluxe - £30, premium - £50; payable directly to hotel.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly with hotel.

Includes a 3 course dinner each from a set menu. Menu can be viewed here; subject to change. Option 2 includes dinner on both evenings.

Vegetarian, gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise hotel when booking.

Includes a 125ml glass of Champagne each served at dinner. Alcohol cannot be substituted with soft drinks.

Members have full access to leisure facilities throughout their stay.

Max of 2 children permitted. Under 16s stay free of charge; an upgrade may be required to accommodate. Under 5s eat for free, aged 5-16 are charged an additional £6.50 per day for breakfast with other meals charged as taken. Please discuss requirements with hotel and pay directly.

Max of 1 pet per room is permitted at a supplementary charge of £15 per night; payable directly to hotel.

Free onsite parking available.

Wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
