Hello, it says in the description box that voucher for The Urban Fox is is valid until Tue 28 Feb 2023 and that voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023. Could you please confirm which one it is and fix the error? Thank you.

I'm happy to confirm this particular deal is valid to use until Friday 30th June 2023 and must be booked by Friday 16th June 2023.

Hi there I was looking to buy a voucher for the urban fox in Edinburgh but it says voucher valid till 28th feb 2023 but use by Friday 26th June 2023. Can you please clarify this. Thanks

What to expect

  • £30, £50 or £75 voucher to spend on food

Voucher is valid until Fri 30 Jun 2023, Mon - Sat 11am - 9pm; subject to availability. 

Excludes Sundays.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 16 Jun 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. 

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers per table.

Valid on food from any menu; subject to change. Voucher spend must be used in full; no change will be given. Excludes the drinks menu.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten / wheat free options are available. Please advise restaurant at time of booking.

Wheelchair access available, however there are no accessible toilets available.

Children are permitted; must always be accompanied by an adult.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher. 

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
