I was going to purchase this deal for my Husbands birthday but he uses a mobility scooter. I notice the advert states the hotel has no wheelchair access. Can you please confirm if this is the case as we have had dinner and drinks at this hotel on previous occasions and there was also meetings in this hotel with groups of disabled people.

I've spoken to the team at Tullie Inn and they've explained the restaurant and meeting rooms are accessible, but the hotel rooms are accessible only by roughly 20 stairs. Unfortunately, there is no lift within the hotel due to the age of the building.

Once you've ordered this deal you'll receive a unique voucher with full instructions on how to make a booking.

To gift your voucher, select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco, 2 course dinner one night and breakfast both mornings

Voucher is valid from Mon 3 Oct 2022 until Sun 2 Apr 2023, 7 days; subject to availability.

Excludes 24 Dec 2022 - 2 Jan 2023.

Voucher must be booked by Mon 27 Feb 2023 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard double or twin ensuite room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

Dinner options: Includes a 2 course dinner from a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available. Some supplements may apply; please discuss directly with hotel. Table required back after 2 hours. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only. 

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 3 and under stay free and ages 5+ require a supplementary charge of £10pn (depending on room type); payable directly.

No pets permitted.

No wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
