Thanks for getting in touch!

To gift the voucher as a gift with a gift message, select Give this Voucher as a Gift, and you’ll be asked to enter your name, your recipient’s name, and a gift message.

If you want to print the voucher to give as a gift, select Save Gift and then Print Voucher. Your message should show at the top of the voucher, and you can select Print to go ahead.

If you’d rather email the voucher to your recipient, just enter their email address before selecting Save Gift. It’ll be sent to them right away.

  • 2 night stay for two with a bottle of Prosecco on arrival, 3 course dinner on one night & breakfast both mornings
  • Valid Oct - Dec 2021 OR Jan - Mar 2022

Oct - Dec options: Voucher is valid from Mon 18 Oct 2021 until Thu 23 Dec 2021, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 2 Dec 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

Jan - Mar options: Voucher is valid from Sun 2 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, 7 days.

Voucher must be booked by Thu 10 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

General: A supplementary charge of £20 is required for Friday and Saturday stays; payable directly.

Bookings are subject to availability.

Email bookings only.

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted. Max 3 per person. Multiple vouchers can be used on consecutive nights; subject to availability.

Check-in 2pm, check-out 11am. 

Standard double or twin ensuite room available.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge; please discuss directly.

DBB options: Includes a 3 course dinnerfrom a set menu; subject to change. Vegetarian and vegan options are available. Please advise hotel when booking. No gluten / wheat free options are available. Some supplements may apply; please discuss directly with hotel. Table required back after 2 hours. 2 night stay: dinner is on one night only. 

Includes a bottle of Prosecco in the room on arrival. Alcohol cannot be replaced with a soft drink.

Max of 2 children permitted; ages 3 and under stay free, ages 4 – 12 require a supplementary charge of £10 and ages 13 - 15 require a supplementary charge of £15 per child per night; payable directly.

No pets permitted. 

No wheelchair access available 

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
