- Luxury relaxation facial duration approx 50 mins.
- ClearSkin facial duration approx 40 mins.
- HydraPeel facial duration approx 50 mins.

Is there a phone number i can phone to enquire if there is availability on the day and time i wish to book?

It saves any problems if availability is known before purchasing a voucher rather than buy the voucher and can't get a suitable date of time!!!

You'll be able to check availability and make a booking over the phone immediately after buying your voucher.

If you can't book your preferred date, just let us know at support@itison.com within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund.

What to expect

  • Choice of facial for one:
    - Luxury relaxation facial
    - ClearSkin facial
    - HydraPeel facial

Voucher is valid from Wed 18 Aug 2021 until Wed 17 Nov 2021, Wed - Sat 9am - 8pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines. 

Excludes Sun - Tue.

Voucher must be booked by Wed 3 Nov 2021 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking. Please note there is a £25 no show fee and a £15 late cancellation fee; payable direct.

Multiple voucher purchases not permitted. 

14+ only. 

Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time.

Treatment is not suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding or for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 

Please note some treatments may need to be adapted and a doctor’s note will be required for specific conditions. 

Please discuss any health concerns directly with the clinic.

Treatment duration:
- Luxury relaxation facial duration approx 50 mins.
- ClearSkin facial duration approx 40 mins.
- HydraPeel facial duration approx 50 mins.

Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.

No wheelchair access available.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
