Is the voucher only valid for 7 days from purchase date?

I'm happy to confirm this voucher is valid from Wed 5th Jan 2022 until Thu 31st Mar 2022. Sun-Thu 12noon-9pm & Fri-Sat 12noon-4pm.

This voucher must be booked by Fri 18th Mar 2022.

Can we get a refund on this voucher. I bought it this morning, I just didn’t realise we couldn’t use it until January so have no use for it so need money back, thank you!

I’m wondering if I can come with my family with the voucher ( two adult and three kids )

What to expect

  • £50 or £100 voucher to spend on food & drink

Voucher is valid from Wed 5 Jan 2022 until Thu 31 Mar 2022, Sun-Thu 12noon-9pm & Fri-Sat 12noon-4pm; subject to availability and possible changes or restrictions to opening times based on Covid guidelines.

Excludes 5 and 26 Feb 2022.

Voucher must be booked by Fri 18 Mar 2022 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Max of 2 vouchers / 4 people per table.

Valid on food and drinks from the main menu; subject to change.

Voucher must be used in full. No change will be given.

Voucher can be used for takeaway with collection only. Delivery is not available.

Vegetarian & vegan options are available. Please advise at time of booking. No gluten / wheat free options available.

Voucher cannot be used towards any offers or set menus e.g. festive menus.

No wheelchair access available.

Children permitted.

Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
