3 night midweek option: Voucher is valid from Mon 19 Oct 2020 until Mon 20 Dec 2021, Mon or Tue pick up only; subject to availability. 

3 night weekend option: Voucher is valid from Fri 23 Oct 2020 until Fri 17 Dec 2021, Fri pick up only; subject to availability. 

A supplementary charge is required per night for the following: £25 for 19 Oct 2020 - 1 Nov 2020 and £20 for 12 - 21 Feb 2021 and £25 for 25 Oct - 7 Nov 2021; payable directly to Nostalgic Campers.

Excludes 21st Dec 2020 - 14 Feb 2021 and 1 Apr - 30 Sept 2021.

Once booked with Nostalgic Campers, the voucher is non-refundable however date changes can be made for a £35 admin fee; payable directly to Nostalgic Campers.

Multiple voucher purchases permitted.

Multiple vouchers cannot be used on consecutive nights.

Driver must be over 25 years of age having held a full UK license for at least 2 years.

Pick-up 2pm, drop-off 11am.

Camper vans available: Polly or Woody.

£500 deposit (by bank transfer) required upon pick up. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of Nostalgic Campers.

Members must provide proof of address, (this could be 2 x utility bills dated within the last 2 months); driver’s license and a DVLA share code. This voucher acts as hire agreement.

Upon collection each camper will be supplied with a full tank of fuel and we request they are returned with a full tank of fuel. 75 miles per day allowance hire (excluding day of return), 50p a mile thereafter.

Members can leave their car for £10 per stay and entirely at own risk. Collection also available from local train stations or airports; please arrange with Nostalgic Campers directly.

Hire includes: Fully comprehensive Insurance for 1 driver (option for second driver directly bookable with Nostalgic Campervans), roadside recovery, information pack, Model 2 Classic Car Radio compatible (Polly) for ipod & iphone with built in Bluetooth for hands free calling and audio streaming, DAB Bluetooth for hands free calling and audio streaming (Woody), two burner cooker, mains electricity hook up, gas, cooking equipment, VW camper cookbook, cutlery and crockery for 4 people (additional available on request), kettle & toaster, interior lights and torch, selection of games, first aid kit, Hi-Vis vests, fire safety equipment including blanket & extinguisher, warning triangle, Carbon Monoxide Detector, fleece throw, 10L water container.

Bed linen, duvets and pillows not included. Bedding packs available per person for hire: duvet & pillows: £15, bed linen: £15, please arrange with Nostalgic Campers direct.

Max of 2 children can be accommodated in the pop top roof bed.

Dogs permitted with approval of Nostalgic Campers; £30 charge will be applied. Please discuss and agree with Nostalgic campers prior to purchase. Please note, all pet hair and odours must be removed on return of motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday.

No wheelchair access available.

The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.

The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your voucher on arrival.

Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
