Can you clarify full cancellation terms please

If you need a refund, just let us know at support@itison.com directly within 14 days of placing your order and we'll be happy to issue a full refund, as long as you haven't made a booking.

Outside this cancellation period I'm afraid your voucher can't be refunded.

2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog; please discuss directly when booking. Please note, all pet hair and odours must be removed on return of motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday.

They say you can't guarantee automatic transmission. I could only take automatic. Can they guarantee in that case?

There is only 2 of us adults, I’m thinking of taking the offer of the 7 nights, is there anything else I would have to pay above the price shown? Also is it the vans shown that we would be using, as I looked at one to purchase 2nd hand, and it couldn’t sleep 4 only 2 on the rock n roll bed.. so curious where 4 sleep? Even tho there’s only 2 of us I’m curious. Lol, tho serious about using the isiton offer. Lynn

I'm happy to let you know each van sleeps 4 people, and while the images used are for illustrative purposes, you will have the use of a VW Campervan that's less than 1 year old. If you'd like to discuss the set up and sleeping arrangements in the vans you're welcome to give Rockin' Vans a wee call on 0141 404 8384 and they'll be happy to advise further.

You'll have a 100 miles per day allowance hire, so you'd need to pay an additional 25p a mile thereafter. There's also a £1000 deposit required by card upon pick up. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of Rockin’ Vans.

What to expect

4 or 7 nights VW Campervan hire for up to four

Includes a bike rack, table and chairs for four, a sat nav and gas

Voucher is valid from Sun 16 Sept 2018 until Sat 30 Mar 2019, 7 days; subject to availability.

Pick ups and drop offs cannot be accommodated at the weekends.

Excludes 23 Dec 2018 - 5 Jan 2019.

Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Thur 28 Feb 2019 (we don’t want you to miss out!).

You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 1 month of your booking.  

Multiple purchases are not permitted.

Camper van collection: Mon - Fri between 2pm - 4pm. Drop off: Mon - Fri between 9am - 11am.

Stay can be extended by a night for a supplementary charge, please discuss directly with Rockin' Vans.

Motorhomes can be collected at 62B Galston Road, Maybank Industrial Estate, Hurlford, KA1 5HY and your car can be left there during your trip away.

Alternatively, railway pick ups/drop offs can be arranged and paid directly to Rockin' Vans.

£1000 deposit (by card) required upon pick up. This will be refunded in full when dropped off if no internal or external damage; at full discretion of Rockin’ Vans.

One way rentals available at an additional charge – please discuss directly with Rockin’ Vans.

Bike hire available, please discuss directly with Rockin’ Vans.

All vans have seatbelts for 4 people and can sleep up to 4 people.

Drivers must have held a license for at least 1 year and must be aged between 21 & 75 with less than 6 points.

Drivers with more than 6 points, please contact Rockin' Vans before purchasing. Additional drivers will be charged £5 per day – payable directly to Rockin’ Vans.

A £30 insurance cover surcharge (£10 per day) applies if you wish to travel in Europe – please discuss with and pay directly to Rockin' Vans.

Vans are manual or automatic; preference cannot be guaranteed. Approx 30 miles/gallon.

100 miles per day allowance hire, 25p a mile thereafter.

Please note, there is no bathroom. A porta potty can be arranged at a cost of £15; payable directly to Rockin’ Vans.

Children welcome. Vans can accommodate 2 child seats, please discuss directly with Rockin' Vans. 

Max of 2 dogs are permitted at a supplementary charge of £20 per dog; please discuss directly when booking. Please note, all pet hair and odours must be removed on return of motorhome to the depot at the end of your holiday.
