hi I have just booked for 26/10/2019 18:00 slot but tickets state 5pm start? small print also states to arrive 30 minutes before my slot so confused as I want 6pm not 5pm and have I to turn up at 16:30 given ticket states 5pm or can I arrive at 17:30 given that I clicked 18:00 when I bought the tickets. Very confusing!

Regrettably, there was a mistake with the start time on some tickets. We're very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

These have now been updated, but you can check your tickets are valid for the time you selected by heading to www.itison.com/my/complete_orders.

I've spoken to the GlasGLOW team, and we think the experience will still be suitable, however there is one optional area down some stairs which might not be as suitable.

The event takes place in the dark, which might also slightly impact the suitability, but if you'd like to discuss this further, you're welcome to give us a wee call on 0141 223 8843.

It won't be a problem to add you to our carer's guestlist for the night - just purchase the tickets you need less one for the carer, and email glasglow@itison.com with your ticket codes so we can get this sorted out ahead of the event.

I'm afraid there aren't any disabled parking spaces left for your chosen date. I'm really sorry for the inconvenience this will cause.

If it helps, there are still spaces available on the 4th of November, the 5th of November and the 7th of November.

There are other blue badge spaces located on nearby streets, but we're sadly unable to guarantee these will be available on the night.

To avoid disappointment, I'd recommend trying to arrange another way to get there.

Hi I booked the tickets as you suggested but did not book one for the carer. I then emailed your team with the ticket numbers and have received no reply having now emailed them twice. I am a little concerned as the date is drawing closer being 8th Nov and not sure if things have been put in place for the carer or if you require any form of documentation from the carer when we attend. We’re really sorry but no pooches (except assistance dogs) are allowed. The event is busy, has flashing lights and lots of sounds, so while it’s great fun for humans, won’t be a nice experience for your canine pals!

Hi I mistakenly bought 2 tickets for the wrong Tuesday I thought I was buying them for Tuesday 27th of October but mistakenly bought them for 3rd of November the following week . Tickets are valid only for your specified slot.

Duration: at just over one mile, the route is bigger and better for 2019! Depending on how long you spend at each feature, the event typically takes between 60-90 minutes.

Great for all ages; under 3s go free but still require a ticket. Children are classed as 3 - 15 years.Prams are permitted, however we recommend baby carriers as paths are narrow and one optional area is only accessible by steps.

Some areas along the route include strobe-style/flashing lights which may be unsuitable for those with photo-sensitive epilepsy.

Outdoor event - remember to dress for the weather! If you want to get into the Halloween spirit, dressing up is more than welcome.

Bringing food and drink is not permitted; food and drink will be available to buy onsite.

Alcohol is not permitted but you'll be able to grab a drink at the bar (subject to licence).

Please note, last orders at the bar is 9:45pm. If you’re attending one of our late time-slots and you're planning to enjoy a drink at the bar, we'd recommend you visit this area early - the site is open until 10:30pm so you'll have plenty of time to explore the rest of GlasGLOW afterwards!

Toilets will be available and located along the route at multiple points.

Small bags are permitted.

Accessibility: Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are permitted but please note that parts of the route are narrow and there are some inclines. World X is an optional area which is only accessible by steps. If you have any queries, please contact glasglow@itison.com.

No pets permitted due to high volumes of footfall and flashing lights which may upset some animals; assistance dogs only.

The event finishes and site closes at 10.30pm every night. Entrance gates will close at 9.30pm (15 minutes after the last entry slot).

Parking is extremely limited in the West End so the best and easiest way to GLOW is by public transport. There are loads of great hassle-free ways to get here - check GlasGLOW for more information on transport options.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Tickets can be presented on mobile device or printed for redemption; please show your ticket on arrival.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
