Hi, I am considering purchasing this voucher but need to check a couple of details first. I am vegetarian - will any of the dishes demonstrated be vegetarian? And is the event seated as I am unable to stand for long periods of time.

I can confirm this will be a seated event, and I'm currently awaiting some more information on vegetarian options from the team at the Cook School & Dining Room by Martin Wishart.

I'm afraid we can't 100% guarantee they'll be able to demonstrate vegetarian dishes, but you are welcome to get in touch with the cook school directly on 0131 553 3557 to discuss this further and they'll be happy to advise.
