tried to book but could not pick a seat and asked for payment but link to pick seat was asking for full price?

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm there's not a way to select your seat prior to purchase. Advance ticket collection is required for this event and itison tickets must be exchanged at the venue box office from 1pm on the date of the concert until at least 30 mins prior to the performance.

While we unfortunately can't make any definite guarantees on seating, the event provider will aim to seat you together and this isn't generally a problem.
