Thanks for getting in touch!

All attendees must have a valid ticket for this event, with the exception of 'babes in arms' (under 12 months) who can sit on a parent/guardian's knee. I'm afraid there are no family/child tickets available for this event.

What's the difference between a band B and Band C ticket - where are the seats located so I can see in The Hydro's seat map? Thanks

The banding reflects the view of the stage and seats can be located throughout the venue, depending on the show and stage set up.

Seating will be allocated within your selected band area on a first come, first served basis when itison tickets are exchanged for show tickets at the SEC box office.

I'm happy to advise that ‘babes in arms’ (under 12 months) may sit on a parent/guardian’s knee and do not require a ticket.

hi so if I booked these tickets now I wouldn't know how good\bad my seats were until I collected my tickets on 30 nov ? is this correct ?

That's right - your seats will be confirmed when you exchange your tickets on either the 30th Nov/1st Dec between 9am - 5pm.

Multiple purchases permitted. Max of 8 per person.

Doors open 6.30pm, event starts 7.30pm.

Seating in your selected band will be allocated on a first come, first served basis when itison tickets are exchanged for show tickets.

Suitable for all ages; under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
