Hi looking at this offer is this just for the 12-3 slots and not the evening slots as it has day ticket thanks

Thanks for getting in touch!

I can confirm this is for daytime only, and entry to the light show is not included with tickets. This daytime ticket is valid from entry at 10am and finishes at 3pm.

Feels a bit unfair to be charging a car park fee on top of the entry fee. That is disappointing- particularly in this financial climate.

I can confirm this particular deal includes a day ticket to Balgone Estate's Enchanted Winter Festival. This does not include evening access or access to the evening light show.

Light trail opens at 4pm & last entry to the light trail is 7.25pm

Sturdy footwear and warm clothing is highly recommended; children may wish to wear wellies and waterproofs as the grounds can get muddy.

Under 6's can enter free of charge. Children are classed as ages 6-16yr. Ages 16+ are classed as adults. 

Dogs are permitted on a short leash.

To meet Santa during your visit cost is £15 per child.

Wheelchair access available.

Parking is available on site for £2.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
