Hi. I have booked 2 rooms/tickets for Friday 13 December. First question - says non refundable after booking with hotel...does this mean a refund is possible via Itison now as I have not booked with hotel yet. 2nd question - I would prefer Saturday 14 December - do I have anything to lose by asking hotel if this is possible? Many thanks. Carol (it is likely to be just one of the tickets I would need a refund for)

I'm sorry for the confusion, but I can confirm all tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable after purchase.
If this means you're not able to use these tickets yourself, you're welcome to perhaps pass them on to a friend or family member to use instead.

You do have to book with the hotel by phone or email after ordering your tickets. Further details will be provided in the How to Book section of your tickets.
