I’m trying to buy tickets 2 adults and one child ticket my son is 2, how do I buy the infant ticket at £4 as there isn’t an option for that it’s only adults tickets and over 3s tickets available?

Hi, looking at New Lanark experience tickets for Adult with special needs and support worker. Andrew is able to walk but needs 24 hour carer. He is 34 but about 6 in ability and size of a 10year old. He adores Christmas and would like to be able for him to experience it.

It says ‘all children must be accompanied by an adult’

I assume 2 adults can bring 3 kids?

I can confirm adult tickets must be purchased with a child ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult and two adults can accompany three kids.

Tickets can only be used on the date they've been purchased for. I'm happy to let you know they are transferable though, so if you can't make it along on this date you can perhaps pass your tickets on to a friend or family member.

Please dress appropriately for the weather as the event is both indoors and outdoors.

Suitable for all ages. Children are classed as 3 - 15 years. Under 3s can attend for £4; payable directly to New Lanark.

Child tickets must be purchased with an accompanying adult ticket. All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Wheelchair access available.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
