Suitable for all ages. Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult. Under 2's are FOC.

Please note everybody present requires a ticket, including parents.

Please arrive 15mins before your time slot to receive your entry wristband. Please note latecomers may not get the full session.

Reindeers must not be fed during the experience.

Dress code: weather appropriate clothes. Goggles and foot coverings will be provided.

No prams or buggies permitted - children must be carried.

Reindeer partner travels under full License from Animal Health and DEFRA and holds an Animal Exhibition License from the Local Authority and the venue is inspected to gain their License.

No wheelchair access available.

You can use your paperless ticket from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.
