Hi, I've bought 2 x level 2 tickets for this event, do I need to do anything else to book seats?

Is it first come first serve with regards to seating and where are the level 2 seats?

All you need to do is exchange your tickets at the box office on the day of the performance between 12noon and 5.30pm. Seats will be issued on a first come, first served basis.

If we buy multiple tickets would they be seated together?

As seats are issued on a first come, first served basis when you exchange your tickets at the box office we can't 100% guarantee that you will be seated. The venue will aim to seat you together though and this generally isn't an issue.

Your seats will be allocated once you've exchanged them for event tickets, and the box office team will do their best to seat groups together. Your exact seats will be confirmed when you exchange at the venue box office between 12noon and 5.30pm on the day of the performance..
