Hi, can you please advise what Band A and Band B stands for in regards to the seating plan for the EICC? On their site they have Bands 1,2 & 3.

As each band is accommodated in various areas of the theatre I'm afraid we can't say in advance exactly which area you'll be seated in. Your exact seats will instead be confirmed when you exchange your tickets before the event.

You don't need to phone to book this one - your itison tickets should instead be exchanged for show tickets at the box office from 2 hours before the start of the matinee performance until 15 minutes before the performance start time.

Are band A the equivalent of the more expensive seats at normal price or are they the equivalent of cheaper seats. So is band A normally the £30 tickets. Thank you

I'm really sorry for the confusion, but I can confirm itison tickets can be exchanged for show tickets from 5.30pm for the evening performance and up to 15 minutes before the performance start time.

Advance ticket collection required. itison tickets can be exchanged for show tickets from 12.30pm for the matinee performance and 5.30pm for the evening performance and up to 15 minutes before the performance start time.

Multiple purchases permitted.

Duration: approx. 2hrs 30mins.

Suitable for all ages; under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Seating in your chosen band will be issued at the venue's discretion.

Line-up is subject to change.

Latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance and may be assigned a seat at the rear of the auditorium to avoid disturbing the performance.

Ticket holders for the evening performance may be asked to wait until matinee customers are served during busy periods.

Wheelchair access available; please contact the venue via boxoffice@eicc.co.uk stating your name, the date and time of the performance purchased and itison ticket code.

Tickets must be printed for redemption; please print your ticket and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.

Ticket is non-refundable unless event is cancelled.

Ticket is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
